Etiquette

Usernames on Wikinews are important: all of your s are attributed to your username, and your user talk page is a central point for other Wikinewsies to contact you.

Don't create user names that are offensive or attempt impersonate another user. Such accounts may be blocked, and you might be asked to change your username to something else.

Out of courtesy to other users, please do not create usernames that may be misleading or confusing. For example a username of "Username" is confusing.

You may now request that a Bureaucrat change your username to another one, if the new username doesn't exist.
